In order to earn inclusion to the list of Rising Stars, attorneys must either be in practice for 10 years or less or 40 years old or younger. In addition, they must pass a patented multi-phase selection process that consists of peer nominations, objective panel reviews, and extensive evaluations. No more than 2.5% of attorneys in Southern California make the final Rising Stars list.
