Danielle has always been passionate about advocacy is never afraid to go to fight hard for her clients. Her years spent performing on stage at her local theater transformed her into a powerhouse advocate: she is able to stand toe-to-toe with the best California has to offer…and win.
Danielle received her B.A. in English from the prestigious Northwestern University in Chicago and then returned home where she received her law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While there, Danielle competed at the national level with her Moot Court team, and showcased her skills as a gifted trial attorney while interning at the Alachua County District Attorney’s Office.
After law school Danielle moved to California and worked at Kermisch and Paletz, LLP., a family law firm, where she learned to assess the client’s goals and zealously advocate to attain those goals.
Danielle brings her passion for advocacy and her natural ability as a litigator to Lessem, Newstat, & Tooson, LLP, and to the courtroom on behalf of every single client.
